Career Refined provides professional development and career-related services, which may include résumé development, professional branding, LinkedIn optimization, cover-letter development, interview preparation, career strategy, education resources, job-search support, and business or AI workflow consulting.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and lawful information. Career Refined may rely on client-provided information when preparing professional documents, recommendations, or business materials. Career Refined may reorganize, rewrite, edit, and professionally present client-provided information, but will not knowingly fabricate employment history, education, credentials, accomplishments, certifications, or other qualifications.

No Guaranteed Outcomes

Career Refined does not guarantee interviews, employment, promotions, salary increases, admission to an educational program, scholarships, business revenue, funding, or any other specific result. Hiring, admissions, scholarship, compensation, and business decisions are made by independent third parties.

Job Opportunities and Sourcing

Career Refined may identify, curate, or share employment opportunities and may assist with application preparation or candidate sourcing. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Career Refined is not the employer and does not make final hiring decisions. Job availability, requirements, compensation, and hiring decisions remain under the control of the respective employer.

Third-Party Resources

Career Refined may provide links to job boards, employers, educational platforms, scholarship providers, scheduling services, payment processors, and other resources. Their availability, eligibility requirements, pricing, policies, content, and decisions are controlled by those third parties.

Revisions and Scope

Where revisions are included, the number of revisions is determined by the purchased package. Revision requests should remain within the original project scope and information supplied by the client. A substantial change in target role, industry, business project, or requested deliverable may require a new service or additional fee.

Intellectual Property

Clients may use final customized career documents and materials created specifically for them for their intended personal or business purposes. Career Refined retains ownership of its proprietary processes, frameworks, templates, training materials, methodologies, branding, and other business intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Proprietary materials may not be resold, redistributed, or represented as another party's original work without permission.

Acceptable Use

Career Refined may decline or discontinue services involving fraudulent information, abusive conduct, illegal activity, intellectual-property infringement, or requests outside the agreed scope.

Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds

Purchases are also governed by the Career Refined Refund & Cancellation Policy. By purchasing a service, you agree to the pricing and scope presented at checkout.

Changes to These Terms

Career Refined may update these Terms as services evolve. The effective date shown above identifies the current version. Continued use of the website or purchase of services after an update is subject to the then-current Terms.
